cookie cakes with pink ribbons

È da un po' di tempo che volevo provare a fare delle mini cookie cakes perché penso sia un'idea molto carina che si adatta a diverse occasioni.
I've been wanting for a while to try and make cookie cakes; I think they are very cute and can be made for all occasions.

Per i biscotti ho usato la ricetta della pastafrolla base e ho aggiunto del cioccolato bianco tritato.
La parte cioccolatosa tra un biscotto e l'altro è invece fatta delle stesso ripieno utilizzato per i cake pops.
I fiocchi sono fatti di marzapane che ho colorato e a cui in seguito ho dato forma.
For the cookies I used my shortcrust pastry recipe and added chunked white chocolate.
The chocolatey part inbetween the two cookies is made of the same ingredients used for the cake pops.
Ribbons are made with marzipan that I colored and then created the ribbons with.
